Shipping and Returns
Your shipment:
Packages are generally shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking number. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Returns:
If you are unsatisfied with the product in any way please let us know and we will make it right. We will refund the item within 30 days of customer purchase. Item must be returned in condition it was received in, not used, worn, or washed. Shipping cost to customer is non refundable even if free shipping is selected at time of order. Expedited shipping charges are non refundable. All Hank's Surplus custom made EDC belts and COBRA FM belts will incur a 20% restocking fee. Contact us for RA# (Return Authorization number) before sending product back.
Exchanges:
Customer pays shipping charges for exchanges and refunds. Shipping is non refundable. Please contact us for RA# before sending item back. All custom made EDC Belts are charged $10 return shipping/handling fee.
