Webbing loop end has about a 4-inch opening to allow room for belt loop connection or other fix.  

1 inch mil-spec tubular webbing. US made. 

Kong TANGO carabiner. Aluminum carabiner with double gate safety system. Made in Italy. 

Internal elastic is mil-spec and made in the US. 

Type 92 bonded nylon thread. US made. 

Approximate size: 26" will extend to 31" with clip included end to end.
