These straps can be used to fix broken or worn-out lower shoulder straps. Can be used on the US Military's 3 Day Assault Backpack, Patrol Packs and other backpacks that have a one-inch loop on shoulder strap ending. You can cut the old buckle off and then reattach this clip to the loop on backpack shoulder strap.
