Built for durability, comfort, and everyday use, this 1.5" heavy-duty tactical BDU waist belt is assembled in the USA by Hank's Surplus using US-made mil-spec nylon webbing and thread. Each belt is made to order and fitted with a genuine AustriAlpin COBRA quick-release buckle, manufactured in Austria.

The flexible 1.5" nylon webbing provides a comfortable fit while the reinforced stitching helps create a durable belt designed for demanding use. The belt has no Velcro, giving it a clean, simple design that works well with BDU pants, tactical pants, outdoor clothing, and everyday wear.

Important Installation Information

Because of the COBRA buckle design, you will most likely need to remove the male side of the buckle to thread the belt through your pants belt loops. Once the belt is threaded through the loops, the male side of the COBRA buckle can be reattached.

Belt Sizing

Order the same size as your normally worn USA men's pants size.

For example:

• Wear a 32" pants size → Order a 32" belt

• Wear a 36" pants size → Order a 36" belt

• Wear a 40" pants size → Order a 40" belt

Do NOT order based on your actual measured waist circumference. Many major clothing brands use vanity sizing, meaning the labeled pants size may be smaller than the actual measured waist. Our belt sizing is designed around the USA men's pants size you normally wear, and we have taken common sizing discrepancies into account.
