• Kong shackle clip is made in Italy. AISI 316 stainless steel with 4,500lb rating. 
• Nylon one inch mil-spec webbing. Made in USA. 
• Comes with or without second handle. The second handle is about six inches from the Frog shackle allowing greater control of your dog. 
• Elastic strap keeper to secure additional handle when not in use. 
• Acetal plastic carabiner included for waste bag attachment. Can be removed if needed. 
• Allow 1 business days for production. 
• Made in the USA by Hank's Surplus.

Returns: We will refund item within 30 days of customer receipt. Item must be returned in condition it was received in (not used, worn, washed or modified). Please email us for RA# before sending item back.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for another size please email us for RA#. Leash must be returned in new condition. We charge a $7 return shipping/handling fee.
