These backpacks are store closeouts and are sold AS-IS. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

The paracord zipper pulls were not properly secured at the factory. The zipper tabs need to be crimped with pliers to prevent the paracord pulls from slipping out of the zipper tabs. Disregard pictures showing hydration tube, this is not included. 

This is a simple adjustment that can be performed by the customer before use.
